In the consent prompt window, click Yes to start the installation process. Press the Run anyway button to bypass the SmartScreen warning. The information about the application and its publisher will be displayed.

Find the AVSVideoConverter.exe file you have just downloaded (it will be located in the directory specified at Step 1) and double-click it to launch the installer.
